PURPOSE/DESCRIPTION OF PROCESS

On rainy days, many car owners have this kind of trouble: frequent adjustment of the wiper speed, because too slow to clean the rain, too fast and affect the line of sight, which greatly affects the driving experience and safety. In order to solve this pain point, a wiper that can automatically adjust the speed by sensing the amount of rain was born.

For a car to function as a rain sensor, it must first have a sensor, that is, a rain sensor.
The working principle is basically like this: There is a light-emitting component responsible for emitting infrared rays. When the glass surface is dry, the light is almost 100% reflected back, so that the photodiode can receive a lot of reflected light. When there is more rain on the glass, the less light will be reflected back. Therefore, the wiper is based on this to control the speed of the wiper.

In order to make sure the stable quality, improve the efficiency, put the glass that need pedestal jointing on the working table, heat the glass and jointing.
