PURPOSE/DESCRIPTION OF PROCESS

This glass loading machine is used to automatically separate the glass standing vertically from the glass frame into single sheet, and it is turned into a horizontal state, and is transmitted to the automatic cutting table according to the signal.

In the first stage of automotive glass production line, the raw glass will be handled on the conveyors to start the pre-processing, this loading machine is a tilting type loader, it’s mainly used to load glass sheets automatically from storage racks which stands vertically positioned by both sides and automatically tilts them to the horizontal position for cutting process. The loading arms are equipped with suction cups and the mechanism operated by hydraulic system.

DESCRIPTION

1 Structure
This Automotive glass loading machine for cutting line is composed mainly of

● Loading station (1 or 2 stations customized)
Glass A frame is a dual-silo mobile type, divided into 1# area and 2# area, each area can store up to 200 pieces of glass.
● Basic Loading Frame
The frame is integrally welded with Q235 square tube material, for a strong supports.
● The translation mechanism
Adopts a geared motor to move on a linear guide, and the speed is adjustable.
● The tilting arm mechanism
It adopts a geared motor and multiple sets of bearing housings directly connected to drive the rotation mode, and the speed is adjustable.
● The glass vacuum system
It uses multiple sets of vacuum suction cups, vacuum pumps, electronic vacuum meters, and pilot-operated pneumatic valve control methods.
● Timing belts and the protection by safety covers.
